Job Description
General Purpose:
To promote and support GLOCK Professional, Inc. products worldwide as safe, legitimate and the best design available for a variety of uses, e.g. self defense, sport, law enforcement, and military use with the most dependable and efficient customer service possibleDuties and Responsibilities(other duties may be assigned)
- :•Administers the GLOCK Professional, Inc.
training courses to Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement agencies, the United States Military and other approved entities
- Communicates with the Administrative Supervisor
- Training Coordinator regarding the scheduling of classes
- Review and update GLOCK Professional, Inc. course outlines and training class materials
- Supports training through research and development of programs and techniques
- Supervise, communicate and coordinate with firearm Instructors on their training and travel schedules
- Supervise the Administrative, GSSF Field Operations and Facility Supervisors and staffs
- Administers the GSSF match programs (Outdoor and Indoor
- Assists in the development and administration of the company security program
- Responsible for the initial budget and plans for the Training Division / GSSF and monitoring of the same
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in the Training and GSSF Departments
- Field Staff and Facility Supervisors and Outside Firearm Instructors in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws
- Responsibilities include recommendations of hiring and firing employees, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, conducting employee performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems
