Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 2 years of experience in program or project management. Experience developing and implementing training programs to support on-boarding and continuous learning.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience leading projects involving cross-functional stakeholders. Experience in project management methodologies, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum aligned with ELS’ organizational goals and specialized skill development needs. Create engaging and effective training materials, and develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and program effectiveness. Standardize on-boarding materials and manage the on-boarding program for new employees. Implement development series to enhance employee skills and knowledge of the industry, internal processes and policies.
