Full Job Description What You’ll Do:

Program Design and Development o Create and coordinate learning programs, including cohorts, workshops, online modules, and training sessions, to address identified training needs o Collaborate with managers and Executive Leadership to design customized learning solutions based on organizational goals and employee performance gaps. o Create engaging learning materials like presentations, manuals, and online resources for diverse learning styles to boost employee engagement and retention. Program Implementation and Facilitation o Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and learning activities to ensure smooth execution and participant engagement. o Deploy inclusive learning methods, such as simulations, coaching, and blended learning approaches, to maximize program effectiveness. Evaluation and Reporting o Assess the impact and effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics. o Prepare comprehensive reports with insights and actionable recommendations to refine and improve training strategies. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration o Manage the LMS, including uploading and organizing content, tracking participation, and generating analytics reports. o Monitor system functionality to ensure an engaging and user-friendly training platform. Continuous Improvement o Stay current with industry trends and best practices to enhance the design and delivery of training programs. o Incorporate emerging technologies and innovative methods to keep learning initiatives relevant and impactful. Compliance and Documentation o Support the assignment, tracking, and reporting of training to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. o Maintain accurate training records and ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards. o Comply with all applicable policies, procedures, laws and regulations including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.

What You Need To Succeed:
Education & Experience Required:

o Bachelor’s degree in organizational development or related field. If no degree, 4 years equivalent work experience in lieu of education. o 2 years in a training or development role with experience in designing and facilitating learning programs; Learning Management administration is a plus.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with credit union regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and OFAC compliance. o

Adaptability and Creativity:

Capacity to innovate and implement learning solutions aligned with evolving workforce needs.
