The end users of this equipment include all the major LNG, petrochemical and air separation engineering What Will You Do? Will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of training programs, excluding those related to HR, within the organization. This role involves coordinating and scheduling training sessions, maintaining training records, and ensuring that all training activities run smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate Training Programs:
Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Maintain Training Records:
Keep accurate records of employee training, including attendance, certifications, and feedback.
Support Trainers:
Assist trainers with materials, equipment, and logistics to ensure effective delivery of training.
Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
Collect and analyze feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement. Report data to management.
Manage Training Resources:
Ensure that training materials, equipment, and facilities are available and in good condition. Communicate with
Stakeholders:
Liaise with department heads and managers to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
