Responsibilities:
In This Role YouWill:
Build and lead a dedicated team that aligns with ATI’smission, fostering a culture of high-quality, patient-centeredcare.
Manage clinic operations, including staff development,productivity, and patient care standards, while driving consistent,positive outcomes.
Serve as the liaison between clinic staff and thedistrict leadership team.
Support team development by providingconstructive feedback and conducting annual performancereviews.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and developoutcome-focused treatment plans.
Build strong relationships withpatients, the community, and key referral sources, includingreferring physicians.
Qualifications:
Degree from an accreditedPhysical Therapy Program.
Current professional licensure as aPhysical Therapist or license eligible based on the rules andregulations of the state in which you are applying for role.
