RegularDuties and Responsibilities:
Implementation of activities, promotions, and maintainingcommunication between industry partners, students, and the systemoffice. Managing the data entry, report generation, and informationmaintenance in the designated student/alumni managementsystem. The project manager will work with the Marketing team to ensureall material is produced and distributed through proper channelsand to the appropriate personnel. Managing the project portfolio and the reporting of H2Workforceprogram activities through presentations, press releases, and otherpromotional methods to highlight the project outcomes. Responsible for ensuring not less than 80% of H2Workforcestudents complete programs with career opportunities or continuingeducation plans aligned with the future Hydrogen/Clean Energyindustry. Build and lead a Hydrogen industry advisory board comprised ofnew and established companies and businesses. Research and complete workforce assessments and profiles on allcompanies with potential impacts on the Hydrogen industry. Schedule industry and public tours of training programs. Host registration events to drive enrollment. Work with adult education, external stakeholders, and academicsto operationalize noncredit and credit pathways. Serve as the college’s representative in all meetings, events,and activities related to the H2TheFuture projects, on a local,regional, and state level. Prepare and present regular reports to the Vice Chancellor ofWorkforce, highlighting program outcomes and achievements. Maintain accurate documentation of program activities,partnerships, and outcomes. Proficiency in data analysis and utilization of technology forprogram management.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree inbusiness, public administration, energy, hydrogen, or a relatedfield.
Required Experience:
Three (3) years of related experience inworkforce development, communications, economic development, oreducation management; or any combination of education, training,and experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilitiesrequired for the job.
