Job Overview We’re hiring a Training & Development Manager to improve how we train, support, and develop our cleaning staff. This role is ideal for someone with experience in team leadership or training who wants to make a meaningful impact on company culture and service quality. What You’ll Do Design and deliver engaging training programs for new and current staff Create and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all cleaning tasks Provide hands-on coaching during jobs to reinforce best practices Lead regular team meetings and development workshops Work with leadership to assess employee performance and identify growth opportunities Support onboarding of new hires with clear training and mentorship Promote a safe, respectful, and efficient work environment Gather feedback from staff to continually improve training and procedures What We’re Looking For Experience in training, leadership, or management (cleaning industry preferred but not required) Excellent communication and organizational skills A positive, motivating attitude with a desire to help others succeed Ability to work both in the field and in an administrative capacity Tech-savvy with Google Docs, scheduling tools, and email Nice to Have Experience creating SOPs Residential and/or commercial cleaning knowledge Knowledge of OSHA safety standards Why Join Us?
