OVERVIEW
The Organizational Effectiveness Manager is responsible for providing in-depth oversight and expertise to LHB to achieve performance and business objectives. Drives transformation through application of performance improvement principles and organizational/L&D ideologies. Identifies opportunities for organizational development and works with leadership to design and implement competencies and learning to create a robust and integrated performance management platform that supports continued operational excellence.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate engagement with leaders, SMEs and teams to implement improvements to key processes that support the organizational development strategy; creates roadmaps and project plans for achievement of goals. Promotes and fosters culture of operational excellence and continuous learning across organization, partnering with leaders and teams to ensure alignment of outcomes. Identifies, designs and drives training and development related to current and future state organizational needs based on unique needs of employee population and provides oversight to implementation. Works closely with O&M Specialist to identify and design processes from an accessibility perspective. Provide change management framework and recommendations to help plan and implement change initiatives. Analyzes current state processes to identify areas for continuous improvement and leverages improvement methodologies to close gaps. Creates metrics to evaluate outcomes and ensure continued process optimization. Provide leadership and support to organizational effectiveness team.

Facilitation skills Self directed Knowledge of Learning & Development methodologies Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies Able to work and manage across organizational levels Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience; leadership experience preferred
