This role is critical in ensuring our staff across all departments are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools to provide the highest standard of care and service. Position Summary As the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of training programs across ABF Healthcare Services. This includes clinical, administrative, compliance, and support staff training to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. You will play a key role in ensuring all organizational procedures are clearly understood and adhered to through well-structured and engaging training formats—both virtually and in person.
Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Staff Training:
Develop and manage training programs for all departments including clinical services, administration, patient support, IT, and compliance. Ensure staff are regularly trained on core competencies, safety standards, and best practices.
Presentation Development:
Design and deliver professional training presentations that effectively communicate procedures, policies, and expectations. Tailor content to specific departmental needs.
Procedure & Policy Alignment:
Maintain up-to-date training content that reflects current policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Partner with department leads to ensure training materials evolve with operational and clinical changes.
Training Format Coordination:
Organize and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions. Manage logistics, scheduling, and attendance tracking. Ensure a seamless learning experience across formats.
Social Media & Digital Literacy Training:
Lead educational efforts on responsible and effective use of social media platforms for professional and organizational engagement. Emphasize confidentiality, ethics, and branding.
Ongoing Education & Best Practice Development:
Facilitate continued education programs and professional development opportunities. Monitor industry trends to ensure ABF Healthcare Services remains on the leading edge of healthcare training and operations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 3+ years experience in training coordination, adult education, or professional development (preferably in healthcare). Proficiency in training software, video conferencing tools, and content creation platforms. Strong understanding of HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare compliance regulations.
