Job Details Dartmouth’s newly established School of Arts & Sciences is seeking a visionary, dynamic leader to play a pivotal role in leading fundraising and engagement efforts that support faculty initiatives and undergraduate education programs. We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Development for Faculty and Undergraduate Education who is ready to make a lasting impact. In partnership with the Associate Vice President for Arts & Sciences Development, this role will implement strategies to secure major and principal gifts and foster relationships with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between fundraising priorities and institutional goals and delivering tangible results.

We are looking for:
  • An experienced leader with 10+ years of progressive experience in fundraising, development, or higher education administration – preferably in a complex environment.
  • A relationship-builder who can inspire and engage donors, faculty, and administrators at the highest levels.
  • Someone with a passion for transforming the undergraduate student and faculty experience through philanthropic investment.
  • A fundraiser with a proven track record in major gift fundraising, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that advance ambitious, long-term goals.
  • An exceptional communicator with a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, and the ability to motivate and influence others across multiple levels.
