Our Client, a Banking company, is looking for a L&D Facilitator III for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
Candidate will be supporting the project and facilitation of necessary training for a newly created business within the US Contact Center (USCC). Training content will include technical systems training, procedural training, focus on customer service, and client culture. The first several months will be focused on learning the systems and procedures of the anticipated 19 or 20-day program.
Requirements:
Virtual classroom applications ( Similar to Adobe Connect / Teams )
Facilitations skills ( in-person and virtual )
LMS experience
Call center experience (agent and/or facilitation) is strongly recommended.
Knowledge of call center functions, concepts of authenticating customers, and delivering legendary service. Why Should You Apply?
