Role Overview:

We’re seeking a dynamic HR Leadership & Predictive Index® Training Facilitator to deliver leadership workshops that teach managers and executives how to leverage the Predictive Index® to improve communication, leadership, and team performance. Workshops will be delivered both in person across NYC boroughs and virtually to client teams across the country. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, offering flexibility and autonomy in facilitating both in-person and remote trainings.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate in-person and virtual leadership workshops focused on applying The Predictive Index® to leadership, communication, and team development. Teach participants how to interpret and utilize PI assessment results to drive performance and engagement. Customize training content to align with the specific leadership needs of different client organizations and audiences. Use interactive training methods (group discussions, case studies, role-plays, and real-life scenarios) to drive learning and retention. Collaborate with the Your Healthy Reality team to enhance workshop content and delivery. Provide practical coaching and actionable takeaways to workshop participants.

Qualifications:

Certified Predictive Index® Practitioner or Certified PI Partner required. 3+ years of experience facilitating leadership development, team dynamics, or HR-related training programs. Strong background in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Leadership Coaching. Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to engage and inspire diverse groups both in person and virtually. Local to New York City and able to commute to in-person training locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. Additional certifications (e.g., DiSC Certified Trainer or equivalent) are a plus.

Compensation:
