ABOUT THE JOB
As Skin Pharm scales with intention, we’re seeking a Director of Training & Education to architect and oversee a company-wide training strategy rooted in operational excellence, provider-centricity, and clinic consistency. This leader will build and maintain best-in-class training programs for every role across the organization—from clinical providers and client coordinators to practice managers and key corporate functions.

Create a scalable, high-impact training ecosystem that supports clinic excellence, empowers confident teams, and drives a consistent Skin Pharm experience—no matter the role, clinic, or stage of growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Strategy & Structure Design and implement a comprehensive, role-based training framework across clinical and corporate teams Own and evolve onboarding and continuous education pathways for: Providers
- with emphasis on protocols, patient outcomes, and advanced technique development Practice Managers
- with emphasis on business acumen, leadership, and clinic operations Client Coordinators
- with emphasis on service standards, product knowledge, and front-of-house workflows Corporate Roles
- ensuring consistency in systems use, culture onboarding, and process adoption Learning Management & Systems Select and lead implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) to support online and in-person learning Ensure training content is engaging, accessible, role-specific, and aligned with brand and clinical standards Clinic Excellence & Field Support Build a scalable training support model for clinic openings, including 30/60/90-day training touchpoints and refreshers Lead and mentor a training team responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training experiences across markets Collaborate closely with Ops, People, and Clinical teams to proactively address performance and skill gaps Assessment, Feedback & Evolution Create and deploy tools to measure training impact across roles (knowledge checks, performance reviews, NPS, etc.
) Use data and feedback loops to refine training content and delivery methods Champion a culture of learning, development, and continuous improvement Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a strategic partner to HQ teams (Ops, Brand, People) to ensure training initiatives support company goals and growth plans Support internal communications and knowledge management as needed to drive consistency across departments
ABOUT YOU
7-10+ years of experience in training, education, or operations in multi-unit healthcare, medspa, hospitality, or retail Proven success designing and scaling role-specific training across varied audiences and functions Strategic thinker with strong instructional design skills and an eye for operational nuance Obsessed with systems, structure, and elevating people Exceptional communicator who can make complex ideas simple, actionable, and inspiring
