Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Manager to lead the development and implementation of our training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the training process from design to delivery, ensuring that all training programs align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of instructional design, program management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs, curricula, and materials for various employee groups and levels.
• Manage the training budget and resources to ensure efficient use of company funds.
• Coordinate the delivery of training programs in both classroom and virtual settings, ensuring that all sessions are engaging and effective.
• Collaborate with HR Sourcing to identify training needs and develop training plans that address these needs.
• Collect and analyze data on training effectiveness and employee satisfaction to inform future training programs.
• Design and implement organizational design initiatives that enhance employee performance and contribute to business growth.
• Foster excellent employee relations by promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and maintain training records and reports to track employee progress and training outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training management, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of training delivery methods and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to design and develop training programs that align with the company’s business objectives.
• Experience in program management, employee relations, and organizational design is desirable.
• Certification in training and development or a related field is an asset.
