Tax Savings Accounts Generous Team Member Referral Program Parental Leave How You Will Contribute/Position Summary The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for learning management system setup and management, serving as the internal LMS subject matter expert. Position partners with operations leaders, compliance, and human resources team members throughout the company to identify training and development opportunities, facilitates training/development activities and ensures continuous review and improvement of training programs. Essential Responsibilities Manages the Relias learning management system to include system setup, training plan creation, training plan assignment, and reporting. Serves as the internal Relias subject matter expert. Collaborates with human resources and operations leaders on training plan development and annual training plan reviews and updates. Collaborates with internal subject matter experts to design, organize, and deliver a range of employee and manager training programs focused on skills development. Develops, coordinates, and oversees the assignment, delivery and tracking of supervisory, management, and executive leadership development plans throughout the organization. Prepares or sources training materials, including procedure manuals, instructional guides, and course content and materials. Facilitates and documents regular onboarding training sessions for team members throughout the company. Plans and facilitates training and development programs using multiple formats including group discussions, hands-on simulations, and video-based learning. Establishes guidelines and tools for maintaining accurate training and development documentation, attendance tracking, assessment outcomes, and retraining requirements. Assesses and provides feedback on facility-based orientation and training materials. Evaluates program effectiveness through pre and post training assessments, surveys, and feedback. Additional Responsibilities Maintains knowledge of the trends in training and development, to include LMS system updates and advances. Assists leadership with identifying training budget items; maintains records and reports of expenses. Performs other related duties as required.

What We Are Seeking/Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field required. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in role that involves strong program ownership, design and development in Learning and Development. Relias experience strongly preferred.
