Professional Sales Rep (Training Provided) Dunn Benefits Group Enterprise, AL 36330 • Hybrid work Job Overview In the Professional Sales Rep position, you and your team’s objective is to drive growth by prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships; and presenting our products to clients. You will join a high-growth company that provides superior products to a vast customer base from all industries. We are committed to helping employers and their employees prepare for life’s unexpected challenges No Experience is needed, but customer service and sales experience is a plus. Training & education is provided weekly. You will work for yourself, but not by yourself. Must be willing and able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License. We will help you accomplish this through a paid course of necessary study materials. Duties Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs. Engage in cold-calling efforts to generate leads and set appointments. Present product offerings to clients, highlighting benefits and features tailored to their needs. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales administration team to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA when applicable. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, outside sales, or Insurance preferred. Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. Knowledge of market dynamics relevant to our industry is beneficial. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making.
