Extrusion Process Trainer Position Available In Dallas, Alabama

Job Description:

Looking for a hands-on extrusion specialist to lead operatortraining and support efficient production of high-densitypolyethylene (HDPE) pipe. This role is centered around vacuumcorrugation lines—specifically dual and smooth wall—using Cormamachinery.

What You’ll Do:

Provide hands-on training to machineoperators on Corma extrusion systems. Guide teams in producingconsistent, high-quality HDPE pipe across various sizes andspecifications. Help diagnose and resolve process and equipmentissues in real time. Assist with changeovers, setups, and basicmaintenance procedures. This position has no direct reports but youwill be working closely with the Plant Manager to help train,improve production, and create standard procedures.

What’s Needed:

5 years of direct experience with dual/smooth wall extrusion usingCorma equipment. Strong technical knowledge of vacuum corrugationlines and related auxiliary systems. Ability to spot processinefficiencies and implement improvements on the floor. Open tooccasional overnight travel for cross-site training and support.
