In this role, you will be responsible for servicing current accounts and sourcing new accounts in the greater Fairfield County, CT area. You will work closely with the agency branch leaders to build strong customer relationships and enhance sales strategies. Duties Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Collaborate with other teammates to develop effective sales strategies and tools. Utilize software tools such as Salesforce for customer relationship management and tracking sales progress. Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge. Experience Proven experience in HOME CARE or
HOME HEALTH
business development or community engagement is preferred. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and execution. Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales activities.
