We’re launching Comfort Academy—a modern, scalable, internal training system designed to grow our people, increase jobsite efficiency, and boost morale company-wide. We’re seeking someone to build and run the system—not teach it. About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Training Facilitator who can build, coordinate, and execute trainings using AI-powered tools. You’ll develop training content with AI, convert it into engaging digital experiences (using AI avatars and podcast-style presentations), and coordinate post-training hands-on labs in every market. This is a logistics and systems coordination role, not a classroom teaching role. You’ll work behind the scenes to build learning experiences that are consistent, repeatable, and scalable across all of our markets. What You’ll Do Create & Deliver AI-Powered Trainings Use ChatGPT or similar AI to generate lesson outlines, quizzes, and supporting documents Convert training into AI avatar-led video modules and AI-generated podcast episodes Coordinate and launch weekly/biweekly training sessions from 3-5 PM in-person and virtually via Teams Ensure tech is prepped, content is uploaded, and attendance is tracked Plan, Schedule & Monitor Build training calendars for each department, trade, and market Handle scheduling, invites, room setup, and virtual access Attend every training session to monitor quality, answer questions, track participation, and capture follow-ups Launch all Comfort Academy training within 30 days of employee start date Coordinate Hands-On Labs After each training, schedule hands-on labs led by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in their respective trades Provide SMEs with training content and expectations for safe, repeatable skill reinforcement Ensure lab spaces are safe, equipped, and aligned with training content Travel as needed to labs across Gainesville, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa to ensure labs are set up correctly and executed consistently Track & Report Results Maintain digital records of all trainings, labs, and certifications Use spreadsheets, shared folders, or LMS-lite tools to monitor progress, identify gaps, and share reports with leadership Gather and implement feedback to refine trainings in real time Who You Are ✅ Builder at Heart – You’re excited by blank slates and building systems from scratch. ✅ Tech-Enabled – You love figuring out how to use AI and software to get things done faster and better. ✅ Organized & Reliable – You bring structure to chaos and love having a checklist. ✅ People-Focused – You know how to work with field crews, office staff, and execs—no ego, just solutions.
