This role is ideal for someone passionate about developing athletes and enhancing on field performance. Responsibilities Deliver engaging performances that resonate with diverse audiences. Collaborate with directors and fellow performers to enhance overall production quality. Participate in rehearsals and provide constructive feedback to peers. Mentor and educate emerging talent in performance techniques and best practices. Assist in performance management by evaluating individual and group performances. Contribute to content development for shows, including scriptwriting and choreography. Utilize the ADDIE model for effective program design and training delivery. Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote performances and engage with the community. Support human resources initiatives related to recruiting new talent for productions. Skills Background in soccer (playing or coaching) Certification in strength & conditioning or personal training (NASM) Experience in athletic performance training Strong communication and motivational skills, capable of engaging various audiences effectively. Experience in content development, including scriptwriting, choreography, or similar fields. Ability to design programs that foster creativity and skill development among performers.
