We re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you ll play a key part in supporting our training initiatives, managing and analyzing data using advanced Excel skills, and ensuring the seamless execution of our training programs.

comsalary:

$24 – $25 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilities Administer and maintain the training management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

Collect and distribute training-related data efficiently via phone, email, or mail.

Compile, analyze, and report on training results and program status.

Communicate training data and reports effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain ongoing training documents and procedures.

Research training supplies and materials, including detailed cost comparisons and timelines.

Order supplies for the training department as needed.

Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned to support training initiatives.

Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
