Who We’re Looking For:

The Team Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training on

RF-SMART

for NetSuite functionality to internal teams, including Sales, Solution Consultants, and WMS Consultants. This role requires a strong communicator who can translate product functionality into practical, engaging training tailored to each audience. You’ll collaborate closely with the Products team—spending up to 50% of your time testing and learning new features—so you can prepare teams ahead of each release and ensure adoption across departments.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver role-specific training to internal stakeholders on

RF-SMART

for NetSuite functionality Spend up to 50% of time working with the Products team to learn, test, and document upcoming functionality Create training materials to support the adoption of new and underutilized product features Serve as a key knowledge bridge between Product documentation and end-user understanding Develop content for Sales, Solution Consultants, and WMS Consultants that explains: What the feature does The business problem it solves Why it’s valuable to customers Contribute to quarterly “What’s New” video planning and development Maintain and update new hire training content for Sales and Services Keep Smartsheet dashboards, Confluence, and training repositories current with documentation and product updates Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure Go-To-Market messaging is aligned Provide training to HelpDesk team to support release readiness and case accuracy Communicate upcoming training needs, concerns, and progress to

AVP of NetSuite Services and Support What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in business, training, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience delivering internal or customer-facing training (preferably in a SaaS or software setting) Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and job functions Strong verbal and written communication skills High comfort level with learning and testing software features Excellent presentation and documentation skills Familiarity with NetSuite and/or supply chain workflows is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Services, Support, and Marketing teams Employer does not sponsor applicants for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B visa status).
