SecuredHome USA, one of the top 10 ADT dealers in the country, is launching a brand-new door-to-door sales division, and we’re looking for a driven D2D Sales Trainer to help build it from the ground up. You’ll start as a field rep, earning top-tier commission while learning our process, then step into a leadership and training role as we begin scaling the team around you. Duties Knock doors and close deals with homeowners on ADT-monitored alarm systems Deliver expert-level product pitches and objection handling Help refine our field pitch and onboarding materials Train and mentor new reps as they are hired Lead by example and assist in team growth, development, and daily accountability Work closely with executive team to shape the department’s foundation Qualifications Door-to-door sales experience (alarms, solar, pest, cable, etc.) Previous leadership, training, or team lead experience strongly preferred Confident closer with strong communication and coaching skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow into a long-term leadership role Compensation Starts as 100% commission and there’s no cap on your earnings. The more you sell the more you make. As the door-to-door team is built and you move into a leadership role, you’ll transition to a base salary plus performance-based bonuses. This role has a clear advancement path toward becoming a Territory Manager or Department Lead as the division grows.
