What You’ll Do:

Work with restaurant owners, managers, and staff to install, configure, and train them on their new POS system Manage your own schedule while providing on-site and remote support during and after installation Translate restaurant needs into technology solutions Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Help improve processes to ensure smooth operations for our clients

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years in the restaurant industry (manager, server, or bartender experience welcome!) A self-starter who thrives working independently and takes initiative Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software and hardware Excellent communication and training skills Strong problem-solving ability and customer service mindset Willingness to travel locally to client locations Why Join Us?
