General Description:

We are seeking an IT Financial Applications Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our Firm. This position plays a key role developing training programs for all financial applications, with a focus on needs assessment and program development, training tools, documentation and hands-on delivery to firm-wide Partners and Employees. This position requires a training professional with a strong focus on customer service, initiative, and solid system and program analysis skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively is essential. The role also includes supporting training sessions in our Bogotá and Mexico offices. This position offers a hybrid schedule, providing flexibility to work from home or the office. Currently, this role requires weekly in-office presence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Plan, design, develop and maintain training curricula to include course descriptions and class training materials such as training videos, online asynchronous and synchronous learning materials, training manuals, and quick reference guides. Partner with financial development and business process teams to adequately understand applications. Incorporate business process information into courses and instructional materials. Utilize learning management system to establish appropriate learning paths, administer classes and track attendance. Conduct all training courses relating to financial applications. Analyze the effectiveness of training utilizing appropriate evaluation models. Special projects and duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Excellent customer service skills. Excellent communication skills.

Required Qualifications & Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Bilingual (Spanish and English). 5 years relevant instructional experience required. Expert level experience with MS Office 2007 / 2013. Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications & Education:

Law firm or financial industry experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Able to work late nights, weekends and travel, as needed. Moderate or advanced keyboard usage
