DLA Trainers make their own schedules which allows most trainers to enjoy 1 full week off monthly or longer weekends, whichever is preferred. DLA pays all travel expenses. Candidate must live within 60 minutes to their local major airport. David Lewis & Associates, Inc. Candidate must be driven for success , self-motivated and self-confident with excellent communication skills when speaking in both small and large groups of people. We are looking for people who are knowledgeable experts in their field , with a dynamic personality who can energize a room and have a passion for teaching/training. Candidate must have extensive Retail Automotive Sales Management experience , with a track record of success in Retail Automotive Dealerships as a General Manager, General Sales Manager or Sales Trainer. (Minimum experience required to apply is 5 years, no exceptions.) Candidates with Sales, BDC and F&I experience will receive priority consideration.
