Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and hands-on Technical Trainer to educate installers, new hires, and partners on our polyaspartic floor coating systems. This role is key to maintaining the high standards of application, safety, and customer satisfaction that define our brand. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering in-person and occasional virtual training sessions, developing training materials, and ensuring all trainees can apply coating systems correctly and safely in real-world environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on and classroom-style training on polyaspartic floor coating systems, including surface preparation, mixing, application, and finishing. Develop and update training manuals, videos, and SOPs in collaboration with the technical and marketing teams. Train internal employees, subcontractors, and clients on product use, safety protocols, and application techniques. Stay current on new products, tools, and industry best practices; incorporate them into training programs. Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback and certification if applicable. Support technical inquiries from trainees post-training. Maintain training equipment and ensure training space is clean, safe, and organized.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience applying, polyaspartic, or other resinous floor coatings. Prior experience in a training, supervisory, or leadership role is highly preferred. Strong understanding of surface prep, moisture mitigation, and coating systems. Comfortable speaking in front of groups and demonstrating physical tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel occasionally to job sites or training events.

OSHA 10/30

certification a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Prolonged standing, kneeling, and bending. Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor environments (job sites, warehouses, training centers).
