Job Description

Training Coordinator 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars 4202 East Fowler Ave, Tampa, FL 33620 We seek a Training Coordinator to lead employee training initiatives, host creative learning events, and create user documentation. Responsibilities include managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training. We are looking for a skilled Trainer with a strong technical background, excellent communication and writing skills, and experience in creating presentations. Proficiency in Office 365 and understanding custom applications and processes in Power Apps are required. The Trainer will also help develop a self-service FAQ document using a CHATGPT or Copilot frontend. Map out annual training plans for New Hires and Existing Staff on Enterprise system software and applications using legacy tools (PHP, VS.NET) and Power Apps. Support staff via Teams, 1:1 Q&A sessions, and create robust How-To Documentation. Market training to employees, handle registration, and confirm attendance. Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps. Use modern education principles and stay updated on new methods. Design and prepare training materials. Evaluate instructional effectiveness and training impact on skills and KPIs. Collect feedback through Qualtrics Surveys post-training. Partner with stakeholders to ensure training material accuracy. Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal experts. Ideal candidate needs strong interpersonal skills to address diverse learning styles. Develop comprehensive training programs, creating engaging materials like presentations, manuals, and online resources. Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions. Collaborate with IT to understand custom applications built in Power Apps. Develop and maintain a self-service FAQ document enhanced by CHATGPT/Copilot. Provide ongoing support and adjust training programs for better outcomes. Stay updated with Office 365, Power Apps, and training methodologies. This position requires a bachelor’s degree in Communication, Adult Education, or Design or equivalent field with two years of experience in a professional training or Instructional Design position; or a master’s degree in the same field.
