Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate new hire training, workshops (both virtual and in-person), and deliver engaging learning experiences for all associates utilizing various instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles.
Ensures all team members are proficient in IRT standards, operational procedures, and property management software.
Foster an interactive and supportive learning environment, encouraging participation and skill application.
Provide individualized coaching and feedback to reinforce training concepts, support skill development, and professional growth.
Administer assessments and evaluations to measure associate learning outcomes.
Work closely with the Learning and Development team to update training materials and ensure consistency with company policies and industry best practices.
Partner with training coordinator to track employee training

Qualifications:

2 years of experience in training facilitation preferred within the real estate or property management industry or other relevant experience. Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and facilitation techniques.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in property management software and related systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to various property locations, IRT sponsored events, and industry conferences.
