Job Overview:

We’re seeking someone experienced in selling to hire, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving sales growth by coaching team members, implementing effective sales strategies, and fostering a results-driven culture. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to earn commissions on your own sales and overrides on team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and train a team of sales professionals using our proven new homeowner sales model.
  • Motivate and mentor team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Monitor team performance and provide actionable feedback to drive results.
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales strategies and processes.
  • Personally contribute to sales by closing deals and earning commissions on installed systems.
