Full Job Description Department Facilities Responsibilities Deliver Training Programs:

Supports the administrative coordination and implementation of training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Coordinates with subject matter experts and schedules training sessions, including logistics. Coordinates and delivers campus-wide safety trainings in collaboration with EH&S.

Reporting:

Maintain timely and accurate records of training activities and certifications. Prepare and present reports on training activities and compliance status updates to Facilities and EH&S leadership.

Continuous Improvement:

Develops program assessment tools and collects feedback from participants. Continuously evaluate and improve training materials and methods. Assist the Training Manager with the development of instructional materials and guides. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (

or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.) Preferred Qualifications Preferred training experience in the area of Environmental Health & Safety, Facilities Services, and general employment training.
