Our client a leading luxury, clinical skincare brand that is looking for a new National Trainer (South East) to join their team!
National Educator – SouthEast
Candidate must be a licensed esthetician AND licensed Massage Therapist This is a Full-Time remote role that requires national and on occasion, international travel. The candidate must have experience as a skincare and body care trainer, conduct themselves professionally, possess exemplary customer service skills, and excellent hands-on skills. As a National Trainer, you will be expected to provide comprehensive professional treatment training for Estheticians/Massage Therapists, retail sales training for professional and retail doors and will be responsible for administrative work related to travel and educational tools. Experience with Forbes and in a luxury environment a plus.

Responsibilities:
Become a leading expert in the brands products, treatments and protocols
Conduct training events/shows and seminars/webinars. Assist in presentations or demonstrations
Utilize and encourage sales techniques and tools on all courses and products
Train technicians and ensure proper utilization of products, services, and sales aids including availability, usage, and ingredient benefits in accordance with the guidelines provided by our Paris HQ
Educate and promote skin analysis tools and techniques and teach all therapists how to tailor treatments to the client’s needs/concerns to encourage sales and partnerships
Ensure consistent communication when delivering training and provide the support team with any recommendations or improvements to the training documents
Help with merchandising upon clients’ requests
Assist therapists and educators on treatments and product knowledge
Create accurate and thorough reports and evaluations on each training/trainee
Work closely with the Sales Team and provide continuous feedback on accounts and clients’ needs
Increase overall sales (treatments and retail) within partner accounts through product presentation, education, hands-on demos, and sales communication
Promote and represent the brand
Requirements and qualifications:
3+ years of beauty education experience, preferably in a 5 Star/Luxury field
Valid Esthetician License, Massage License and Driver’s License
Valid Passport
Strong customer service skills with a focus on retail/sales
Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Experience working with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and PowerPoint a plus
