Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Team Leader/Trainer to support daily operations, mentor new team members, and lead by example in a fast-paced creative environment. This individual will play a key role in developing talent, maintaining operational standards, and driving team performance in line with company values. Duties Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals Onboard and train new hires in customer service, workflow procedures, and company expectations Monitor day-to-day operations and address team needs in real time Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance check-ins, and support professional development Assist in implementing training materials and team development workshops Act as a point of contact for escalations and ensure quality standards are met Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead by example and maintain a solution-oriented mindset Experience in customer service, office administration, or event support a plus Organized, dependable, and capable of handling multiple priorities Join our team as a Team Trainer and contribute to creating an engaging learning environment that empowers employees to excel in their roles!
