Minimum 3-5 years’ experience + bachelor’s degree or 0-2 years’ experience with a master’s in related field experience building training content in a technical field
Job Description:
Candidate will be joining a team of change agents to tackle the challenges that come with transformation. Candidate will interact with multiple Programs and Projects across client to transition and deploy products being developed or enhanced as part of Transformation. Candidate will be responsible for providing analyst support for training development, communications, and product adoption work.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and write clear, concise, and engaging communications to inform and update stakeholders on the enterprise data ecosystem deployments and resources Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, concerns, and expectations, and provide support and guidance throughout the training and implementation process Design, build, and deliver visually engaging and technical training and resource materials to enable stakeholders to effectively use software tools and services Build roadmaps and project plans to support deployment activities Support creation of adoption metrics to measure the success of the implementation By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “Judge”) to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
