Who We’re Looking For:

EmpiRx Health is in unprecedented growth, and we’re seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Development Specialist. In this critical role, you will ensure that employees receive comprehensive training to enhance their skills, improve performance, and align with company goals. This role will have a component of technical writing as well. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficient in creating training materials such as presentations, assessments, and e-learning content. Additionally, this role will support training for both hourly and salaried employees, including leadership development and training for people managers. What You’ll Do:

As a Training and Development Specialist, your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities; here are a few: Design, develop, and facilitate engaging training programs for new hire onboarding and ongoing skill development across all call center departments. Conduct training sessions using various delivery methods, including instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and e-learning modules. Assess training needs by collaborating with department managers and analyzing performance metrics to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. Develop and update training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, training manuals, job aids, assessments, and e-learning courses. Create and administer knowledge assessments, evaluations, and feedback Create and maintain clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation, including release notes, user guides, and internal process documentation. Partner with cross=functional teams to gather information and translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand content. Work closely with Quality Assurance, Operations, and Compliance teams to align training content with performance expectations, customer satisfaction standards and compliance requirements. Provide coaching and mentoring to employees post-training to reinforce learning and support skill application on the job. Develop and implement leadership training programs for people managers and supervisors to enhance management skills, coaching abilities, and team development strategies. Maintain detailed training records, attendance logs, and performance reports for compliance and tracking progress. Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and programs align with organizational objectives. Stay up to date with industry best practices, call center technologies, and training methodologies to continuously enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

What You Need:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a training and development role. Strong instructional design skills with experience developing training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Ability to analyze performance data and adjust training strategies accordingly. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong technical writing skills with experience creating release notes, process documentation, and user guides. Ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and learning management systems (LMS). Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with customer service principles, conflict resolution, and coaching techniques is a plus. Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
