3-8 Years Experience Job Description Proficiency in LMS administration, training data analysis, and reporting tools. Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in training effectiveness measurement and feedback analysis. Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing training programs. Manage LMS updates, user records, and training enrolments. Track participation, generate reports, and organize training materials. Collect feedback for training evaluations. Coordinate sessions with trainers and support mentorship programs. Monitor new hire progress and probation reviews. Collaborate with HR to assess skill gaps and development needs. Maintain training dashboards and support continuous learning.
