CLIENT CONSULTANT – APPLICATIONS PROCESSOR

(28th Street N., St. Petersburg, FL) Immediate opening for an Applications Processor. Must be a dependable, organized, self-starter with great phone customer service skills and results oriented. We are looking for a talented, motivated and high-performing professional to join our growing team. Pay rate negotiable depending on experience, including benefits. Qualified candidates should meet the following requirements: 1) track calendar dates; 2) insert notes into CRM; 3) set appointments and make follow-up calls to clients; 4) must be fluent with Microsoft office products (Excel and Word specifically); 5) must have excellent communication skills and phone etiquette; 6) must be comfortable working with/learning Google Cloud products (G-Suite); and/or Keap CRM (will train) 7) experience in federal contracting GSA schedules and/or federal certifications a PLUS; but not required; paid training available.
