Fraud Specialist
Key Activities
Phase 1: Process Review and Optimization
Conduct a comprehensive review of existing fraud operations processes
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential improvement areas
Develop detailed recommendations for process streamlining
Create a high-level plan for process improvement
Develop metrics and KPI tracking mechanisms
Phase 2: Project Rollout and Implementation
VCA will develop an implementation roadmap based on expected benefit/impact of identified opportunities in phase 1
Develop detailed implementation plan for each identified opportunity
Phase 3: Education, Training, and Talent Management
Assess current training programs and identify knowledge gaps
Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum
Conduct a skills gap analysis
Develop talent development strategies
Design performance evaluation criteria specific to fraud analytics and operations
