We’re looking for a dynamic Corporate Underwriting Trainer to spearhead impactful training initiatives, driving efficiency and effectiveness across underwriting roles.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Engaging Training Programs:

Design, deliver, and evaluate top-tier underwriting training that achieves key business outcomes.

Build Strategic Partnerships:

Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify training needs, craft strategic training plans, and deliver training sessions aligned with underwriting performance goals. Collaborate for

Success:

Partner with underwriting leadership to conduct comprehensive needs assessments, ensuring training is relevant and results-driven.

Enhance Learning Experiences:

Work closely with instructional designers to develop innovative and effective training solutions.

Expand Training Opportunities:

Oversee the identification and deployment of targeted training offerings for FCCI’s Regional Underwriting and Operations staff. The position can be based at our offices in Sarasota, FL, Richardson, TX, Lawrenceville, GA or Ridgeland, MS. Some overnight travel will be required.
