Deliver Consumer Delight Position Summary:

The Production Technical Trainer will deliver skill-based training programs for production workers to ensure Tervis quality and production standards are understood and applied consistently. Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred.

Essential Functions:

+ Assist Quality, Production, and Human Resources Department staff in the design and implementation an effective training curriculum + Deliver training in a clear, objective manner to individuals and groups, as needed, using a variety of tools and techniques including but not limited to:

Maintain accurate, detailed, training documentation including Training Check-Off Lists for certification purposesProvide feedback to trainees + Hands on demonstrations + Classroom lectures + Role-playing + Development and distribution of written materials + PowerPoint presentations + + Identify training gaps and make suggestions for improvement + Stay abreast of all new and revised production, safety, and ergonomic processes and procedures + Participate in/facilitate process improvement initiatives and SQDC. + Modify training as needed to accommodate employees with disabilities + Continuously enhance technical instruction methods + Ensure the quality and consistency of certification content through life cycle. + Manage the training program with Shift Leads (production) and Human resource department.

Required Experience:

+ Pay Rate $18 per hour + Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly preferred. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to make presentations to groups of twenty people or more + Demonstrated tact and good interpersonal skills in both formal and informal workplace interactions + Proficiency in MS Office required + Must be highly organized and self-directed + Previous training experience and plus + Ability to lift 50 lbs. + Ability to walk or stand for extended periods required + Basic knowledge of adult learning styles a plus
