Full Job Description Position Overview:
The Learning and Development Coordinator’s primary responsibilities will involve the planning and scheduling associated with various training events (coordination) in addition to program measurement through data management, analysis, and reporting. Essential Functions Collaborate with Learning & Development Team members to plan and schedule both internal and external training events, locally and across regions as needed. Ensure training room setup for scheduled meetings, materials preparation, and feedback collection. Basic understanding of Audio/Visual equipment. Supports Learning and Development Specialists in the development of technical job aids, facilitator guides, participant guides, and other training documentation. Strong technical writing skills preferred. Organize training material to allow for simple identification, management, and versioning. Maintain training documents in the correct format and branding. Publish video training content to various online platforms. Collaborate with Learning and Development Manager and team members to design surveys, scripts, and assessments to determine learning effectiveness. Seek opportunities to improve the user experience. Observe and optimize Learning & Development’s process workflow. Collaborate with internal workflow and technology teams to support training best practice. Seeks to understand Kirkpatrick evaluation criteria to align training program effectiveness with industry best practice. Utilize Excel and internal software programs (i.e., Learning Management System) to store feedback, test scores, mid- and long-term learning outcomes, and other data as it applies to training. Collaborate with Learning and Development Team members to determine key performance indicators, track those data points over time, and develop visual reports that showcase Learning and Development Team impact. Education High School Diploma Experience 2 years demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Excel 2 years relevant customer service experience (i.e., coordinating schedules; gaining buy-in) 1 year coordinating learning events within a Learning Management System (LMS) Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Growth mindset: willing to engage in continuous learning and solutions-focused problem solving Excellent communication skills: business writing etiquette, customer-focus Data visualization and reporting Our recruiting process is centralized and is handled by our HR Department.
