Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced sales professional to build and nurture strategic B2B relationships with key industry partners, including: General Contractors Water and Fire Restoration Companies Plumbers Roofers Property Managers Real Estate Professionals You’ll leverage your sales expertise to establish trusted partnerships while helping these professionals better serve their clients during challenging recovery situations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted business development strategies in disaster-prone regions, focusing on commercial property stakeholders Build strategic partnerships with real estate companies, contractors, property managers, and business associations Lead rapid response initiatives following catastrophic events, coordinating with our emergency response team Conduct compelling presentations to C-suite executives and property owners about our disaster recovery services Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and recovery processes in our CRM Monitor weather patterns, disaster forecasts , and industry trends to anticipate and respond to emerging opportunities
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate, insurance, or disaster recovery, construction Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships Experience using modern CRM systems and sales technology Superior communication and presentation skills Ability to deploy to disaster zones within 24-48 hours Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in property insurance claims or disaster recovery Knowledge of commercial property management or construction Background in emergency response or crisis management Public adjusting license or willingness to obtain one
