$ 70k -85k annually •Travel up to 30% regionally•
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments across clinical and administrative departments. Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as patient safety, compliance, leadership, and soft skills. Support onboarding and continuing education for healthcare professionals (e.g., nurses, technicians, administrative staff). Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans. Ensure training programs comply with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, Joint Commission standards). Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as patient outcomes, employee performance, and satisfaction surveys. Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintain accurate training records. Coordinate with external training providers, accrediting bodies, and professional associations. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Education, or a related field, or commensurate experience. 5+ years of experience in talent development, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills. Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
