Summary G.E.H.A is seeking a highly skilled and impeccablydetail-oriented Learning Strategist to join the OrganizationalTalent and Effectiveness team. This position requires advancedexpertise in instructional design and content development, advancedproficiency in project management and deep knowledge andapplication of strategic human resource management. The LearningStrategist supports stakeholder relationships, designs andimplements training strategies and readiness plans, changemanagement plans and ensures alignment with company performancegoals. The successful candidate collaborates with internal partnersto develop high-quality innovative business solutions to advanceour organizational strategies and initiatives, and collects,analyzes, and uses data to inform continuous improvement oflearning. Duties

• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to identifytraining needs, develop comprehensive training plans, content, andprogramming to drive organizational performance, outcomes andbelonging.
• Engage and effectively collaborate withcross-functional teams to ensure consistency in training deliveryand messaging.
• Own, recommend, implement, and monitorimprovements to learning content and delivery based on workforcemetrics / KPIs and unobtrusive, secondary data analysis.
• Monitorand evaluate learning effectiveness and outcomes, and report impactthrough quantitative and qualitative data analysis and feedbackmechanisms.
• Remain current and apprised of industry trends andbest practices.
