- $1500 per week during training employment type: job title: District Sales & Manager Trainee As an employee of RJS Roofing & Construction Inc., you will become a part of one of the fastest growing roofing companies in the southeast! Our current branches are producing $300,000
- 500,000 per month in sales, and our unique approach has increased our business 900% over the last eleven months.
Our goal is to open new locations across the greater Atlanta region during the next 12 months. This expansion will only be limited by our ability to hire and train a highly motivated and effective group of Sales/Branch Manger Trainees (that’s YOU) …and that’s not all… We are adding more products and services to what we offer our customers, and we are rapidly becoming the company that provides top to bottom home improvements, and as our services continue to grow, our ability to grow multiplies. You will be trained from day one to become a Top salesman and then a qualified leader. This training will be comprehensive and require you to meet and exceed expectations from day one. You will be challenged on a daily basis to become the leader you know you can be! Once you are trained, you will be able to hire, train, and maintain an elite sales force, order materials, schedule crews, and much more. Sales/Branch Managers average over $100,000 per year, with bonuses and incentives that can increase your earnings potential to $250,000 per year. As a Sales/Branch Manager trainee, you will have to be okay with making an average of $500-1000/week during your 3-5 months of training. Remember, on the other side of your hard work during training is 6 figure income, with a vast array of bonuses and incentives that will put you in an elite position financially, and provide you a rewarding career with a great company! - Demonstrate ability to train others in the field As Sales or Branch Manager, you will:
- Hire, train, and maintain a highly effective and motivated sales force
- Order materials, maintain inventories, and schedule installation crews
- Continue to improve via participation in corporation provided advance training programs
- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Competitive and loves to win
- Management experience of any kind is helpful but not necessary
- Sales experience of any kind is helpful but not necessary
- A strong desire to escape the “grind” and become involved with a growing company that directly rewards excellence with a strong pay structure and quickly promotes deserving employees
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Availability to travel as needed
