This role involves designing and building curriculum and delivering effective training programs for their contact center team. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in curriculum creation and training facilitation.
Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills and align with company objectives. Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create targeted learning solutions. Utilize innovative methods to design curriculum that reflects organizational methodologies and best practices. Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse employee groups across various levels. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Maintain detailed records of training activities and participant progress. Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into training initiatives. Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and development. Ensure training materials are up-to-date and comply with company standards. Assist in planning and scheduling training sessions to ensure smooth execution. Proven experience in employee training and development. Strong proficiency in curriculum design and instructional methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in corporate training. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using digital tools for training delivery and tracking. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field preferred.
