The Manager Sales Training will report directly to the SVP of Sales and be primarily responsible for delivery of training curriculum for the USRS sales organization (OIS and PPM) and content development as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Training Content and Resources:
Primary contact for Marketing collaboration Lead development of all sales training curriculum and materials Manage LMS content for commercial team: Registrations for initial training Track and report employee NHT attendance and progress Update modules as needed Manage 3rd party LMS administrator Content for sector training workshops Development of train the trainer materials as needed Lead Sector Sales Trainer team Develop & organize training events calendar Continuous training initiatives (NSC, strategic Initiatives, etc.) Training Delivery Lead delivery and logistics of all phases of New Rep Training Lead delivery of Advanced Training Support training portion of National Sales Call Slides Field Coaching Support Field contacts when requested by OIS and PPM sales leads that include written evaluations and debriefs 1:1 live and virtual training sessions with sales representatives to work on selling skills, technical expertise and operational collaboration
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Licensing/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced level degree or related certifications preferred Experience (years and type): 2-4 years experience working in sales and/or training or related department. Minimum 3 years in the health care industry with a strong preference for medical imaging experience Preference will be given to internal candidates
