Job description Senior Consultant-OCM, Workplace Transformation Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with Organization Change Management, Communications and Learning experience within several of our focus industries. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support client engagement teams in OCM activities
  • Lead a small team of analysts and consultants
  • Responsible for gathering client data and providing analysis to support design of solutions
  • Support development of work products following project guidelines, such as creating end-user documentation and job aids
  • Track program metrics and status
  • Lead/facilitate client workshops to collaborate with clients and educate them through process
  • Actively contribute your ideas to provide solutions for clients
  • Support the growth of our Workforce Transformation practice by contributing to collateral development and methodology. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate specific experience leading and delivering change programs for one or more of the following:
  • Organizational Change Management / Training Curriculum and content design / Org. Design and/or Optimization
  • ERP-enabled transformation programs (e.g., SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft)
  • Major package software implementations (e.g., SFDC, MS Dynamics)
  • Collaboration initiatives (Point or other collaboration platforms)
  • Digitalmerce implementations/transformations
  • d services, outsourcing, and managed services programs
  • MA&D transformations
Responsibilities:

Delivery

  • Independently leading client meetings or change visioning workshops
  • Building an OCM strategy / plan
  • Identifying and managing stakeholders
  • Leading culture and leadership analysis and gap/fit/action planning
  • Designing and deliveringmunications in , web, and talking points
  • Analyzing and sharing “what’s changing” information about the work andanization
  • Managing development of training strategy and overseeing training delivery
  • Designing new / revised jobs andanizations
  • Aligning HR policies and practices with the new way of working
  • Facilitating business implementation readiness through a network of client business representatives
  • Leads substantial workstreams successfully; focuses on business impact as well results. Identifies and tracks output parameters
  • Delivers accurate, clear, and concise messages that inform and frequently persuade audiences to take action
  • Systematically breaks downplex problems or processes into manageable parts, using advanced techniques and charts
  • Adapts to the needs of diverse audiences and/orplex situations
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations

  • Must be a resident of one of our Hub locations (or live within a 2-hour distance to the Hub Location)

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze data, interview and metrics andmunicate results to management
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary
  • Desire to work in a global delivery environment working on largeplex programs
  • Use of all MS Office tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree preferred; Business Administration, Organizational Behavior and Development, Industrial Psychology, Instructional Design or other related fields
  • Ability to interact at all levels of clientanizations
