Field Service Trainer 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 3980 Lakefield Court, Suwanee, GA 30024 Kinetico is looking for a Field Service Trainer to join our service team. The Field Service Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs to Kinetico dealers and field service technicians on the installation, service, and maintenance of Kinetico commercial equipment, to ensure technicians have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently and safely. This role involves the development of training materials and a combination of hands-on training and instructional support to ensure consistent quality across the field service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducts comprehensive training sessions for Kinetico dealers and field service technicians on the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Kinetico commercial equipment. Maintains up to date training programs and materials to comply with industry practices and Kinetico standards, including certifications. Performs regular onsite visits to evaluate completed work, observe technicians, provide guidance and troubleshoot complex service issues. Provides hands-on support and feedback to technicians during installations and repairs and track training progress to provide ongoing support. Builds and maintains relationships with Kinetico dealers, serving as the primary point of contact for training. Ensures training complies with Kinetico’s safety and quality standards. Monitors and evaluates adherence to company policies and procedures and provides feedback when necessary. Maintains accurate records of training sessions, certifications, and training evaluations. Reports on the effectiveness of training programs and makes recommendations for improvements. Occasional field work may be needed to continue to evaluate against training process and best practices. Education & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate’s degree in related field preferred. 3 to 5 years related work experience. Prior experience in training, coaching and certifying technicians is preferred. Experience in designing and delivering training programs, with familiarity in various training methodologies. Strong technical knowledge of water filtration products and Kinetico’s products, services, and systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Good mental and visual attention to detail. Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Mechanical and math aptitude.

Newbury, OH Suwanee, GA Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Frequent lifting of up-to 50 pounds and maneuvering up-to 100 pounds with a dolly. Occasional lifting up-to 125 pounds. Ability to use hand tools and work with small parts.
