Youth Development Professional (Barnesville-Lamar Club) Boys & Girls Clubs of North Central Georgia Barnesville, GA 30204 Youth Development Job Description Effectively implement and administer programs, services, and activities for members and visitors

• Develop and utilize programs that are fun and engaging that fits the area you are in
• Monitor and evaluate programs to ensure the safety of members
• Maintain a ratio of staff to members at 1:20
• Create, post, and follow weekly lesson plans for multiple areas
• Thorough knowledge and ability to program in multiple areas throughout the club
• Implement set programs such as Healthy Habits, Smart Moves, Power Hour, and others
